Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour package with Viame Tour & Travels. By making an enquiry, confirming a booking, or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all customers booking domestic tour packages through Viame Tour & Travels.

1. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Viame Tour & Travels via WhatsApp, email, or letter.
Verbal confirmations or informal agreements are not binding.
All package details — itinerary, hotel names, cab type, inclusions, and price — will be specified in writing at the time of confirmation.
Any changes to the booking after confirmation must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Pricing and Payment

All package prices are quoted per person unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are inclusive of items listed under “Package Inclusions” only. Items listed under “Package Exclusions” are not covered.
An advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The advance amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before departure on the date agreed upon at confirmation.
All payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash at our Ayodhya office.
Prices quoted are valid for the travel dates specified. Any change in travel dates may result in revised pricing.
Viame Tour & Travels reserves the right to revise package prices in case of significant changes in fuel costs, hotel rates, government taxes, or other external factors. Customers will be informed in advance of any such revision.

3. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

Standard inclusions (unless stated otherwise in your confirmed itinerary):

Hotel accommodation as per selected category (Budget / Deluxe / Luxury)
Meals as specified (Breakfast, Dinner, or as stated per package)
Private cab transfers — airport/railway to hotel and all sightseeing
Driver allowance, toll taxes, and parking charges

Standard exclusions (not covered unless explicitly included in writing):

Airfare, train tickets, or any long-distance travel to the destination
Entry fees to monuments, parks, temples, or attractions
Adventure activity charges (Gondola, Paragliding, Scuba Diving, Safari, etc.)
Camera fees, photography permits
Personal expenses — shopping, tips, laundry, room service
Meals not specified in the package
Travel insurance
Any expense arising from natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before the scheduled departure:

30 or more days before departure: 10% of total package cost
15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
Less than 7 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
No-show or cancellation on the day of departure: No refund

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@viametravels.com or via WhatsApp to +91 84190 95285. The cancellation date is the date we receive the written request.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be made to the same payment source used at the time of booking.
Non-refundable advances or components (such as pre-booked ferry tickets, entry passes, or special reservations) will be deducted before calculating the refund.
No refund is applicable for unused services (meals skipped, sightseeing not attended, early check-out from hotel) during the trip.

6. Changes and Amendments

Viame Tour & Travels reserves the right to amend the itinerary if required due to weather conditions, road conditions, government orders, or force majeure events.
In such cases, alternative arrangements of equal or similar value will be provided wherever possible.
Customer-requested amendments after confirmation are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Viame Tour & Travels is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or additional expense caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Hotel and Accommodation

Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel’s standard policies. Early check-in or late check-out may attract additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
Room allocation is subject to availability. Specific room types or views are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Any damage caused to hotel property by the customer will be the customer’s sole responsibility.
Honeymoon room decoration and candlelight dinner, where offered, are subject to advance intimation and hotel availability.

8. Transportation

Private cab services are provided for the duration of the package as per the confirmed itinerary.
The cab is shared within the travelling group only — no additional passengers are permitted.
Viame Tour & Travels provides well-maintained vehicles and experienced drivers. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or mechanical breakdowns beyond our control.
In case of breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest. No refund is applicable for time lost due to breakdown.
Rohtang Pass, Nathula Pass, and similar routes are subject to government permits and weather conditions. No refund is applicable if these routes are unavailable.

9. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travellers, hotel staff, cab drivers, and local communities.
Viame Tour & Travels reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a customer’s behaviour is found to be disruptive, illegal, or harmful to others.
Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and any permits required for restricted areas.
Consumption of alcohol or substances that impair judgement in public or in the cab is not permitted.

10. Travel Insurance

Viame Tour & Travels strongly recommends that all customers purchase personal travel insurance before departure. Our packages do not include travel insurance. We are not liable for any medical expenses, accidents, theft, or other losses during the trip.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Viame Tour & Travels acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel services provided by third-party hotels, cab operators, and activity providers.
We are not liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss caused by the actions or negligence of third-party service providers.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the affected package.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or any booking made with Viame Tour & Travels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Amendments to Terms

Viame Tour & Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website www.viametravels.com. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
